<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">1. Keep Hydrated</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Drinking water is not only good for overall health, but helps keep the skin around the eyes from succumbing to excessive wrinkles. Some great ways to keep hydrated include:</div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Drinking plenty of water</strong><br /><strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Avoiding caffeine</strong><br /><strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Limiting alcohol</strong><br /><strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Reducing salt</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">2. Eat Your Veggies</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Vegetables that promote healthier looking eyes include Brussels sprouts and spinach. Brussels sprouts are a great source of lutein which prevent cataracts and macular degeneration. Spinach, which is rich in iron, helps prevent bags and dark circles.</div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">3. Play With Your Veggies</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Both sweet potatoes and cucumbers have innate properties that help reduce puffiness when placed directly on the eyes. Lying back with slices of either vegetable placed on the eyes for 10 minutes in the morning can help eliminate swelling.</div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">4. Wear Sunglasses</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Damaging UV rays are particularly harsh on the thin skin around the eyes.</div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">5. Cosmetic Tricks</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Changing the way makeup is applied can result in a drastically younger appearance. A few tips to use makeup in order to create more youthful eyes include:</div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Avoid concealer that is lighter than the skin.</strong><br /><strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Apply concealer with a brush.</strong><br /><strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Choose a yellow tint</strong><br /><strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Use dark liner on the top lid and lighter on the bottom.</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">6. Keep the Skin Clean</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Going to bed without removing eye makeup can result in skin that is bogged down and sagging.</div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">7. Moisturize</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Being diligent about applying moisturizer is probably one of the most important steps in retaining a youthful appearance around the eyes. It should be gently applied, because the surrounding skin is very delicate. Skipping moisturizer can result in permanent cracks and wrinkles.</div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="border: 0px; color: #353535; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">8. Green Tea</strong></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Not only is green tea a powerful antioxidant when consumed, but research has shown that the tannins and caffeine in the bags makes it an excellent eye compress that reduces puffiness. Cold bags should be placed over the eyes for approximately 10 minutes.</div>
<div class="ezAdsense adsense adsense-leadout" style="border: 0px; font-size: 15px; margin: 18px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; vertical-align: baseline;">

For many people, the cold clear days of winter bring more than just a rosy glow to the cheeks. They also bring uncomfortable dryness to the skin of the face, hands, and feet. For some people, the problem is worse than just a general tight, dry feeling: They get skin so dry it results in flaking, cracking, even eczema (in which the skin becomes inflamed).</div>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline;">
As soon as you turn the heat on indoors, the skin starts to dry out. It doesn't matter if you heat your home using oil, wood, or electricity. The skin gets dry.</div>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; text-align: center; vertical-align: baseline;">
<img alt="woman in the snow" src="http://img.webmd.com/dtmcms/live/webmd/consumer_assets/site_images/article_thumbnails/features/_2012/03_2012/10_winter_skin_care_tips_features/375x321_10_winter_skin_care_tips_features.jpg" style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: middle;" /></div>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Here are my three steps to keep your skin winter beautiful!!!.</div>
</section><section class="section" id="s02" style="background-color: white; color: #555555; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 13px;"><h3 style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; font-size: 22px; font-weight: normal; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 10px 0px 5px; vertical-align: baseline; width: 640px;">
1. Seek a Specialist</h3>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline;">
If you go to your local drugstore, you'll be hard put to find a salesperson who can give you good advice. That's why going to an esthetician or dermatologist even once is a good investment. Such a specialist can analyze your skin type, troubleshoot your current skin care regimen, and give you advice on the skincare products you should be using.</div>
</section><section class="section" id="s03" style="background-color: white; color: #555555; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 13px;"><h3 style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; font-size: 22px; font-weight: normal; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 10px 0px 5px; vertical-align: baseline; width: 640px;">
2. Moisturize More</h3>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline;">
You may have found a moisturizer that works just fine in spring and summer. But as weather conditions change, so, too, should your skin care routine. Find an "ointment" moisturizer that's oil-based, rather than water-based, as the oil will create a protective layer on the skin that retains more moisture than a cream or lotion. (Hint: Many lotions labeled as "night creams" are oil-based.)</div>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline;">
But choose your oils with care because not all oils are appropriate for the face. Instead, look for "nonclogging" oils, like avocado oil, mineral oil, primrose oil, or almond oil. Shea oil -- or butter -- is controversial, because it can clog facial pores. </div>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline;">
You can also look for lotions containing "humectants," a class of substances (including glycerine, sorbitol, and alpha-hydroxy acids) that attract moisture to your skin.</div>
</section><section class="section" id="s04" style="background-color: white; color: #555555; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 13px;"><h3 style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; font-size: 22px; font-weight: normal; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 10px 0px 5px; vertical-align: baseline; width: 640px;">
3. Slather on the Sunscreen</h3>
<div style="background-color: transparent; border: 0px; line-height: 20px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 20px; vertical-align: baseline;">
No, sunscreen isn't just for summertime. Winter sun -- combined with snow glare -- can still damage your skin. Try applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen to your face and your hands (if they're exposed) about 30 minutes before going outside. Reapply frequently if you stay outside a long time.</div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_7z1JF9-jUnxikH1Bx2a3h9zz5O2Z9HyUkDjdqdM2BckW0KxXVralHpqt0vONIsggiCZql7s0q2gmNzmWePQuenrgYWHuawSDHCAEXMgMz7Ou6REUkA27wi-PH8TbK-1YSEEoP8oiSwo/s1600/375x321_10_winter_skin_care_tips_features.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_7z1JF9-jUnxikH1Bx2a3h9zz5O2Z9HyUkDjdqdM2BckW0KxXVralHpqt0vONIsggiCZql7s0q2gmNzmWePQuenrgYWHuawSDHCAEXMgMz7Ou6REUkA27wi-PH8TbK-1YSEEoP8oiSwo/s1600/375x321_10_winter_skin_care_tips_features.jpg" height="273" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
The change of seasons is always a stress on the skin and body in general. I often see people flaring with skin conditions at this time of year. Many subtle things can really affect your skin.<br />
<br />
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
While some of those things are encountered outdoors cold and chafing winds chief among them even indoor air can leave skin parched, because it tends to lack natural moisture. And the stress of the holidays, including eating and drinking to extremes, only adds to skin challenges. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
<strong style="margin-top: 0px !important;">1. Switch from lotion to cream</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
When you switch your seasonal wardrobes, it's a good idea to do the same with your skin emollient. Use creams, which are typically more moisturizing, instead of lotions, which don't provide as strong an oily barrier to reduce water loss in the skin. Creams feel heavier on the skin, but they do a much better job at protecting against temperature and humidity extremes.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Skin usually feels better if you bump up to a richer moisturizer that has more oil content and less water content. It's definitely good to put it on at night.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
<strong style="margin-top: 0px !important;">2. Take shorter showers</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Ironically, the very things that make us feel good in the moment, such as long, hot showers or baths, can leave our skin crying out for moisture over the longer-term. Opt for shorter, more lukewarm baths and showers and pat your skin dry afterward, following up quickly with a layer of moisturizer from head to toe.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
I advise using shower gel instead of soap for extra skin enrichment. I really like those body washes. You get better coverage and a better clean. Use ones labeled as hydrating. .</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
<strong style="margin-top: 0px !important;">3. Don't skip sunscreen</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Though we're less exposed to sun in winter, that doesn't mean we can stop protecting ourselves from its rays altogether. Some skin creams have sunscreen built in, but make sure it carries an SPF rating of 15 or higher. For those who spend a lot of time outdoors whether working or skiing an SPF of 30 or higher is even better.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
<strong style="margin-top: 0px !important;">4. Stay ahead of stressors</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
As bleak as it may seem, winter brings a bevy of holidays that can be fun to celebrate, but are harsh on skin. Alcohol, rich foods, not sleeping enough . . . you have to definitely pay attention to those things and minimize them. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Some people know that stress will bring on certain skin ills, such as acne or cold sores, so they should practice "situational prophylaxis, by treating skin with topical medications such as benzoyl peroxide before problems erupt.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Cutting back on simple sugars and carbohydrates, which are plentiful in fast foods or processed foods, as another measure to avoid breakouts when a stressful situation (such as Thanksgiving dinner with 10 of your least favorite relatives) looms.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Stress in general can do something to the body where it can make any skin problem a little bit worse. It's not the reason you break out per se, but it's one of the factors.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
<strong style="margin-top: 0px !important;">5. Wear gloves</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Most people wait until temperatures turn frigid before donning gloves, but wear them every day until spring. That's because even minor skin chapping on the hands can turn into fissures that become infected. (The same is true for lips, which should always be covered with lip balm when venturing outdoors.)</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px;">
Then, moisturizers burn, then people don't want to use them, then they go into a bad spiral down. If you start using gloves when it first gets cold outside, that won't happen. Protecting skin early is good.</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0RitpC6QQazBO71k1rQsOpPSjsw4ZbQ9YyzImZILrXVKAyZpBMzFXyW8JbCfsbk0eIdK6qD161iYAZTIHncbZbkHwsRbxUxlRS10PPAevaoLdOtCMlul3uiwVBWnGVrygGyPEFqxnkIM/s1600/m221380033.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0RitpC6QQazBO71k1rQsOpPSjsw4ZbQ9YyzImZILrXVKAyZpBMzFXyW8JbCfsbk0eIdK6qD161iYAZTIHncbZbkHwsRbxUxlRS10PPAevaoLdOtCMlul3uiwVBWnGVrygGyPEFqxnkIM/s1600/m221380033.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin-right: 10px;">
Deciding what is the <strong>best</strong> <strong>hair removal </strong>method for you is never easy. Deciding whether or not to be a waxer or a shaver is kind of a big deal (maybe even a life-altering event). On the one hand, we love the idea of week’s worth of silky smooth skin, but on the other we realize the pain that must be endured for a stubble-free existence may not be worth it. Here are some tips on how to make the best decision for your hair removal future.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin-right: 10px;">
Let’s take a look at the pros and cons of waxing and shaving:</div>
<ul style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana; font-size: 12px;">
<li style="line-height: 18px;">In order to stay smooth when shaving, it must be done daily.</li>
<li style="line-height: 18px;">With <strong>wax hair removal</strong>, you stay smoother for up to three weeks, but it takes a few waxes before all the hair will be removed at once, and there is a mandatory ¼ inch that must be grown out before each trip to the spa or salon.</li>
<li style="line-height: 18px;">Shaving can cause razor burn and <strong>ingrown hairs</strong>, especially in really sensitive areas.</li>
<li style="line-height: 18px;">The most common irritation from waxing, is red, inflamed pores, but it usually only lasts for a few hours, and only happens the first few times. (However, if you are attempting to wax yourself at home, or dealing with an inexperienced esthetician, there are plenty of things that can go wrong and cause pain, bruising and burns.)</li>
</ul>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin-right: 10px;">
Overall, it just depends on your lifestyle. If you don’t mind being a little fuzzy for one week out of the month, and have a high tolerance for short-lived pain, then waxing is definitely the route for you. It is low maintenance and will cut down on your shower time.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin-right: 10px;">
But, if you are the type that can’t stand the feeling of any body hair for even a day, then it is probably better to stick with the good old razor. To avoid any shaving mishaps, make sure you use really <b>soothing shaving products </b>and a sharp, good-quality blade.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin-right: 10px;">
Have a happy hairless summer season which ever you choose. </div>

Skin Beauty Tips</h1>
<div style="color: #6e6e6e; font-size: 9pt; margin-bottom: 10pt;">
</div>
<h2 style="color: #36993f; font-size: 10pt; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">
Eye cream</h2>
<div style="color: #6e6e6e; font-size: 9pt; margin-bottom: 10pt;">
The skin around the eye is one of the most sensitive areas. Proper application will reduce chances of irritation - including redness and swelling.</div>
<div style="color: #6e6e6e; font-size: 9pt; margin-bottom: 10pt;">
Only a tiny amount of eye cream is needed to cover the area. Dot the eye cream along the lower eye socket bone and gently pat (do not rub!) the cream at the inner corner of the eye and outward around the eye area with your ring finger</div>
<h2 style="color: #36993f; font-size: 10pt; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">
Moisturiser</h2>
<div style="color: #6e6e6e; font-size: 9pt; margin-bottom: 10pt;">
Apply moisturiser on your face, gently press them onto your face. Using upward and outward movements, pat the moisturiser into your skin, taking particular care around your eyes. Re-apply to your hands if there is no cream left and sweep up and over your neck and throat. Let the moisturiser soak in for a few minutes. </div>
<h2 style="color: #36993f; font-size: 10pt; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">
Exfoliation</h2>
<div style="color: #6e6e6e; font-size: 9pt; margin-bottom: 10pt;">
Once or twice a week you should incorporate a dedicated exfoliator into your regime. Exfoliation gently removes these dead cells and reveals new softer, clearer and glowing skin. It also helps in boosting the blood circulation. Always scrub gently on the wet face and use circular motion to remove the dead skin.</div>

<strong>SKIN FOODS</strong></h5>
<div style="color: #6e6e6e; font-size: 9pt; margin-bottom: 10pt;">
<strong>Oily Fish </strong><br />To keep your skin hydrated, you need to eat more fat – in the form of essential fatty acids or EFAs. These are simply fats your body needs to make cell membranes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Omega 3 and Omega 6 can’t be made by your body, so it’s important to eat foods that contain them. If you become deficient in EFA’s you may find that your skin starts to become dry, and it will be prone to fine lines. Good sources of Omega 3 – an important EFA - are oily fish such - salmon, sardines, mackerel, trout and tuna.<br /><br /><strong>Nuts and Seeds</strong><br />Most nuts and seeds, plus olive and flaxseed oil are excellent sources of Omega 6 EFA’s – including a daily dose of these will help to keep your skin supple and wrinkle-free. Other foods containing Omega 6 are avocados, kale, spinach, wheat germ oil, and mustard greens.<br /><br /><strong>Fresh Vegetables</strong><br />There are so many reasons why you should be including fresh vegetables in your diet, and here’s another one. Fresh vegetables contain plentiful antioxidant vitamins, which all help to nourish the skin and protect it from ageing. Broccoli, red and yellow peppers, cauliflower, carrots, spinach and sweet potato are all good sources of antioxidant vitamins A, C and E, so stock up on these super foods to feed your skin from within.<br /><br /><strong>Berries</strong><br />Berries are another natural super food, and they contain a whole host of important nutrients which will be good for your inner health and wellbeing...and feed your skin too. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are rich sources of vitamins and minerals and their supplies of antioxidant vitamins will help to protect your skin from the harmful effects of pollution.<br /><br /></div>

<br />
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">
This DIY mask, made of <strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">nutmeg, honey, and cinnamon</strong>, is calming and soothing for stressed-out skin – in addition, it smells absolutely amazing!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">
The secret? Nutmeg and honey act as natural anti-inflammatories, which can reduce swelling and redness in skin. They’re also great for soothing acne scars and preventing infection.<strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"> </strong>In addition, the nutmeg and cinnamon also work to exfoliate your skin when you wash this mask off.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">
Before you begin, <em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">it’s always a good idea to do a small test with homemade mixes on your skin to make sure you don’t have a bad reaction to any ingredients.</em> So remember to do a quick patch test on sensitive skin, like that on the inside of your wrist, before applying this mask to your face.<strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><br /></strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">
To create the mask, <strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">mix 2 tablespoons of honey with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of nutmeg. </strong>The consistency should be like a thick paste. After it’s all mixed, <strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 30 minutes. Wash it off with warm water, scrubbing softly in circular motion for exfoliation.</strong></div>
<div>
<strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"> </strong></div>
<div>
<strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"> </strong><strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Olive Oil Hair Treatment</strong></div>

Olive oil isn’t just for cooking — it’s great for your hair, too! Olive oil has been proven to give hair a healthy sheen, help to repair split ends, and reduce frizz.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">
To give your hair a conditioning treatment, <strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">massage about 2 tablespoons of olive oil into your hair and scalp.</strong>The amount you’ll use should vary depending on the length and thickness of your hair. And remember to massage it in well – the massaging feels really nice on your scalp, but is also important to the treatment, as massage stimulates helps promote a healthy scalp.</div>

Next, <strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">take a warm, damp towel and wrap it around your head and treated hair (“turban” it). Leave it on for about 30-45 minutes. </strong>This allows the olive oil to work into your hair to have the full effect.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">
Finally, <strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">rinse out the olive oil with shampoo. This might take a few shampoo-ings (when I tried it, it took 2 rounds.)</strong> Give your hair further rest by allowing it to air dry, if you have the time. Then say hello to your luscious locks!</div>

One of my favorite DIY beauty treatments is this brown sugar body scrub. It’s the perfect way to get rid of dry winter skin, as well as prep your body for any <a href="http://www.collegefashion.net/beauty-and-hair/college-fashions-guide-to-self-tanners/" style="border: 0px; color: #00a7f9; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;" title="College Fashion’s Guide to Self Tanners">sunless tanner</a> you may be applying.</div>

To create the scrub, just <strong style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">mix together half a cup of coarse brown sugar with a tablespoon of honey, a little olive oil, and 1/4 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, then apply all over your body and rinse. </strong>The scrub not only smells delicious, but leaves your skin feeling ultra-smooth.</div>

<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! One of many mantras we hear as the perfect solution to glowing and youthful skin. Others swear by coconut oil or argan oil, a celebrity brand with unintelligible ingredients or just simple soap. Most women in general, but particularly over 60 are concerned about<span id="more-1116" style="border: 0px; font: inherit; font: inherit; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"></span> the onset of an ‘aging’ appearance, and want to have “younger-looking” skin to match the eternal youth brand machine they are exposed to every day. But wouldn’t it be great if instead of talking about “younger looking skin,” we could focus on having “healthy skin” at any age?</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Here are a few tips for how the aging woman can achieve healthier skin – and feel better!</div>
<h4 style="-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease 0s; background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #111111; font-family: Bitter, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font: inherit; line-height: 24px; margin: 0px 0px 18px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Don’t Try to Look “Younger”</h4>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
We need to embrace the power that we have and say goodbye to the old-fashioned notion that all women should constantly try to look “younger.” Instead, let’s embrace the natural beauty, character and honesty that are embedded in our faces. We have lived beautiful and unique lives, and we should be proud of how we look, smile lines and all. We shouldn’t try to hide behind an artificial youthful mask. We are who we are and be proud! With that attitude firmly in place, there are some practical things that can be done!</div>
<h4 style="-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease 0s; background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #111111; font-family: Bitter, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font: inherit; line-height: 24px; margin: 0px 0px 18px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Stay Out of the Sun</h4>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Sun damage is one of the leading causes of wrinkled, spotted skin. Try to limit your sun exposure, wear hats and use sunblock. A lot of sun damage doesn’t become fully apparent until later in life – but it’s never “too late” to make a difference in the health of your skin by reducing your sun exposure. Using sunblock and avoiding excessive sun can also reduce your risk of skin cancer.</div>
<h4 style="-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease 0s; background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #111111; font-family: Bitter, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font: inherit; line-height: 24px; margin: 0px 0px 18px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Wash Your Face Before Sleep</h4>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Dry skin is one of the most common challenges for aging women, because people’s skin tends to become drier as we lose oil glands when we get older. One of the best ways to reduce dry skin is to wash your face every night before bed – but don’t use soap, as soap will pull away the natural oils from your skin that are needed to keep your skin healthy. Drink lots of water as well!</div>
<h4 style="-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease 0s; background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #111111; font-family: Bitter, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font: inherit; line-height: 24px; margin: 0px 0px 18px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Stop Smoking</h4>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Aside from all the other health benefits of giving up smoking, if you are a smoker, you probably have more wrinkles than other people your same age who do not smoke. Try to stop.</div>
<h4 style="-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease 0s; background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #111111; font-family: Bitter, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font: inherit; line-height: 24px; margin: 0px 0px 18px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Don’t Soak Too Long in the Tub</h4>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
A hot bath can be a great way to relax – but if you spend too long in the bathtub, you might be drying out your skin. If you love a long and leisurely bath, use some lovely bath oil or lather on some body moisturizer when you get out of the bath when you skin is still a little damp.</div>
<h4 style="-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease 0s; background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #111111; font-family: Bitter, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font: inherit; line-height: 24px; margin: 0px 0px 18px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Use Natural Products</h4>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Many skin care products are packed with chemicals and heavily processed ingredients. You can often get better results with natural skin care products that contain herbs, or even coconut oil or olive oil. The same ingredients that can be healthy in the kitchen can also help you achieve healthier skin.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-family: 'Droid Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font: inherit; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Instead of trying to look “younger,” aging women can look great and feel better by accepting who we are and by living life as the vibrant, comfortable, and strong people that we are.</div>

<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Aging Skin</strong></h3>
<strong style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">The thickened skin texture associated with middle age is caused by cellular build up. It responds very well to mild, abrasive daily cleansing with beauty grains such as finely ground corn meal, ground sun flowers or almonds. Massage gently to cleanse and stimulate.</strong><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;"></span><h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Beautiful Skin</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>To make or keep your skin beautiful, it's best to work from the inside.</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Eating the right kind of food can do you more good than any medicine, and go a long way in helping your body's own healing forces. Eat a balanced diet that includes raw foods, plenty of yellow and orange vegetables (they contain beta carotene - a precursor to vitamin A). Foods high in sulfur such as garlic, onions, asparagus and eggs. Include fruits, seeds, grains and nuts.</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Dry Skin</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Blend together one ounce safflower oil, one ounce avocado oil and two ounces of sesame oil. Apply this to your dry skin areas.</strong><strong>Skin Care Tip on Facial Mask</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>An excellent facial mask can be made with stewed and mashed apricots. Apply to your freshly cleaned face and leave for 20 minutes or longer. Rinse away with warm water, and blot dry. One application will help sallow, dead skin tones, but applying this 3 or 4 times a week will do wonders.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Tea Tree Oil for Fungal Infection</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>If you suffer from fungal infections of the nail, the most effective natural anti fungal is tea tree oil. Apply to the nails and surrounding skin twice daily, in the morning and at bedtime</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Using Honey Treatments</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Honey applied under a dry dressing every two or thee days promotes rapid healing of ulcers and burns.</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Itchy Skin</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Try the following. A compress made with skim milk or powdered milk or soak the affected area in a colloidal bath made with oatmeal, corn starch or baking soda.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Homemade Skin Lotion</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>The following body lotion is easy to make, and can be used after bathing. Mix one teaspoonful of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice and a half cup of water. Massage into your skin after bathing.</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Mayonnaise for dry Facial</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>If you have a tendency towards dry facial skin, a gentle daily massage with mayonnaise will do wonders. You can use lemon juice, egg and safflower or other such oil to make your own dry skin lotion.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Oily Skin</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Here is a cleansing stimulating facial treatment that is very helpful for those with oily skin. Mash together the pulp of one garden ripe tomato and enough fuller's earth (should find it at most pharmacies) to make a smooth paste. Rub it into your skin and leave it on until it dries completely (note: do not apply to eye area). Rinse with warm water, then splash your face with cold water. Blot dry.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Treating Large Pores</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>If you have large pores that resemble little holes on your skin, the following steps may be helpful. Stop using commercial products on your skin. Instead, use homemade skin cleansers. Splash warm water onto your face and pour half a handful of stone-ground cornmeal into your wet palm. Massage the moistened meal into your entire face area, adding water as needed. Another homemade cleanser can be made by adding a few drops of lemon or lime juice or apple cider vinegar to milk (use powdered skin milk if your skin is oily).</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Soak yarrow (check health food stores or botanical supply stores for this herb) in water overnight, and apply this astringent several times a day - less frequently if your skin is dry.</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Avoid all creams. Use an unsaturated vegetable oil if you need to (e.g. vitamin E oil).</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Rashes</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Whether it's diaper rash, chicken pox, measles, insect bites or hives, corn starch can provide relief. For measles and chicken pox, bathe in a tub of water to which a large handful of cornstarch has been added. For the other rashes rub the cornstarch on as a powder.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Softening Your Skin</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Avocado oil used regularly is an excellent skin softener. It is in rich in vitamins and minerals, especially the skin vitamins A, C and E.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Teenagers</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Many teenagers have to deal with embarrassing skin problems. taking supplements of zinc and Vitamin A will go a long way in helping them relieve these problems.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Ulcers</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Leg ulcers are more likely to develop in persons with poor circulation, thrombophlebitis and/or varicose veins. To speed healing, apply vitamin E oil to the sore and bandage it lightly with a sterile gauze pad. Change the bandage daily until the sore is healed.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Vitamins and Your Skin</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Vitamins are essential to the health of your skin, especially vitamins A, B, C and E. Vitamin E is especially helpful to improve your complexion when applied externally.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Winter Care</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>The air inside your house can get very dry in the winter. This will play a major part in aggravating your dry skin condition. To add humidity the dry air in your house, put a little extra water in the kettle when you're boiling water. Leave the kettle on the burner as it cools. It will continue to steam for 10 to 15 minutes, making your life a whole lot more comfortable.</strong></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<strong>Zinc for Acne</strong></h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;">
<strong>Not enough zinc, caused by a diet high in refined carbohydrates may be the chief cause of acne. Zinc is necessary for processing carbohydrates, but it is removed when cane is refined into white sugar, and wheat is refined into white flour. Eat more foods rich in zinc, including soybeans, whole grains, sunflower seeds, and a small amount of raw nuts daily. Zinc also has antibacterial activity, and is a necessary element in the oil-producing glands of the skin.</strong></div>

<span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"><br /></span>
<span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Looking for the fountain of youth? With all the new formulas and findings today, it's hard to know what really works. Well, you can relax. Here are proven ways to reduce wrinkles and remove age spots and tested old myths for you. Check out our my 10 ways.</span><b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"><br /><br />1. Don't overwash.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> You may be surprised by this skin-care tip, but cutting down on cleansing could save your skin. In "How to Wash Your Face," Barney Kenet, M.D., stresses the threat of overwashing. The skin's natural oils protect skin and keep it moist. Washing your face too often strips the skin of these vital oils and can cause dryness and irritation. This may cause your skin to look dull and aged. Staying clean is important, but so is being gentle to your skin. </span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">2. Do yoga for your face.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> As strange as it sounds, face yoga is a new anti-aging trend. Across the country, yoga instructors are teaching special face yoga classes or incorporating it into their regular routines. Experts say that a lot of tension can be carried in the face. They suggest that performing these simple facial exercises may improve the look of your face and help you appear younger. So, get stretching! </span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">3. Eat the right produce.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> Many fruits and vegetables contain antioxidant compounds that are great for your skin. Research from the Berlin Charité hospital found that skin with high levels of antioxidants had fewer wrinkles and therefore looked younger. Include more produce in your diet, and you may be on your way to improved skin. </span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">4. Moisturize.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> Moisturizing is vital for healthy skin, especially during the fall and winter months. As you grow older, your skin dries out. Moisturizers soften lines and wrinkles and keep skin moist for a healthy glow. Protect against future wrinkles and keep skin hydrated by using a daily moisturizer with SPF 15 or higher. </span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">5. Feast on fish.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> Increasing fish in your diet can be great for your skin. Salmon is full of antioxidants and is the all-around best fish to eat for your skin. Try adding tuna on top of a salad or cooking salmon with veggies in a stir-fry or on skewers.</span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">6. Kick your bad habits.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> For years, experts have said that smoking causes facial wrinkles and premature aging. Now, recent studies suggest that smoking cigarettes also may age skin on your body. As if that's not bad enough, the American Academy of Dermatology says that smoking can worsen the wrinkles you have now. Improve your health and your appearance by quitting smoking. </span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">7. Get your beauty sleep.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> Nighttime is your body's time to mend and renew your skin. Depriving your body of sufficient sleep may also be depriving your skin of the time it needs to repair. The best time for the skin to absorb facial products is at night. To make the most of this time, apply a nighttime skin treatment and sink into bed ready to fight aging. </span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">8.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> </span><b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Hydrate.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> Yes, the rumors are true. "Drinking at least eight full glasses of pure, filtered water a day is crucial to keeping your skin well hydrated, smooth and silky," says dermatologist Jeanette Jacknin, M.D., author of "Smart Medicine for Your Skin." "If your skin is dry, fine lines and roughness develop, and your skin will look older and less radiant." Increase your water intake by drinking a glass each morning when you wake up. Carry a bottle of water with you and refill it throughout the day. Order water when you eat out and try adding a lemon or lime to liven up the taste. </span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">9. Try a home remedy.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> To get a healthier glow at home, try using a natural alpha hydroxy acid. Gently smooth the inside of a lemon, lime or papaya peel over your skin in the evening before going to bed to effectively slough off dead skin cells and reveal fresh, new, radiant cells underneath. You also can lighten age spots with fresh lemon juice applied twice a day with a cotton swab.</span><br />
<br style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<b style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">10. Get out of the sun.</b><span style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> Without sun protection, people who spend lots of time outdoors often develop skin that makes them look older than their actual age. Staying out of the sun is ideal, but if you need to be in the sun, sunscreen is a must for preventing skin damage. The most important habit to develop to prevent wrinkles and age spots is to apply a full-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 15 or greater to your face and hands every morning, even if you are just driving to work in the car.</span>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16325857170778526885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-465035855079905274.post-81917123143918976552013-03-13T10:53:00.001-07:002013-03-13T10:53:08.786-07:005 Quick Beauty Fixes<br />

<br />
My # 3 Pick For Best Dressed<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpatImOQDOl2JhN-fBOBXXX_i-0bX9YB3SlOAfUW8AntCCNgFKUD76M9SGnb72_5TzNgkRsvYZ0W_gyYRDYIzb4xSYOSNd0_CL6d0A2Ml8fwF_s7ZzTnmbShXt_bJHGzrWYJ7Ty652DFc/s1600/slide_282800_2145449_free.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpatImOQDOl2JhN-fBOBXXX_i-0bX9YB3SlOAfUW8AntCCNgFKUD76M9SGnb72_5TzNgkRsvYZ0W_gyYRDYIzb4xSYOSNd0_CL6d0A2Ml8fwF_s7ZzTnmbShXt_bJHGzrWYJ7Ty652DFc/s1600/slide_282800_2145449_free.jpg" height="320" width="212" /></a></div>
Jennifer Lawrence in Dior Couture. This is a jaw dropping dress that screams movie star and the backward necklace made it even more spectacular.<br />
<br />
My #2 Best Dressed<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOUTMO7R96cWencpNmemP7hmwLQovov-kT4Cd19sGpr-gO2BijSv4ciWnnpxyIS4u8gkxlySi-7WV7IYwppcXPrU7fSWkpvGE9zFW_AomvNEJB1C3xFCCHXpq0oZMT9DIJrEO9U3YsnFo/s1600/slide_282800_2144448_free.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOUTMO7R96cWencpNmemP7hmwLQovov-kT4Cd19sGpr-gO2BijSv4ciWnnpxyIS4u8gkxlySi-7WV7IYwppcXPrU7fSWkpvGE9zFW_AomvNEJB1C3xFCCHXpq0oZMT9DIJrEO9U3YsnFo/s1600/slide_282800_2144448_free.jpg" height="320" width="212" /></a></div>
Naomi Watts knocked it out the park with this Armani Prive. There are not many people that could pull this off and she did effortlessly.<br />
<br />
My #1 Best Dressed Goes To:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhqiext5tHLrasp03O5hlO42AMkK4xnaT7VMcVuFyMavrk4d-h0Kv9tW8lQ9RoCHdc17c4H2T_U3hUWnU8A8lGTd87AvGZgLO9Y5hacOZZ6myVfiaYKiHPwhJvkaBpe7SXxWnxu0MorsZM/s1600/slide_282800_2145873_free.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhqiext5tHLrasp03O5hlO42AMkK4xnaT7VMcVuFyMavrk4d-h0Kv9tW8lQ9RoCHdc17c4H2T_U3hUWnU8A8lGTd87AvGZgLO9Y5hacOZZ6myVfiaYKiHPwhJvkaBpe7SXxWnxu0MorsZM/s1600/slide_282800_2145873_free.jpg" height="320" width="212" /></a></div>
All hail to this Queen of the Night, Chalize Theron. This fitted Dior Haute Couture V-neck bodice and elegant peplum detail stole the show before it began. AMAZING!!!!!!<br />
<br />
Now for my Worst Dressed of the night. I had to did deep for this, but I also wanted to keep my picks only with those celebrities that were front and center. I expected more from these individuals and that is why I picked them.<br />
<br />
#3 Worst Dressed goes to:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhL19-ASSIQ-61_u16LISMzWuW4hac74EUQk1GaLWESJj7wbzTNkCI5XrfQjxstXJVP-1OjINvzI37JipMFFdw6-kLBCmwqLmAYNkQQaAvCpOtZO0pu_xeiYt7lmpe94Bqd2PtPUB3lbPg/s1600/slide_282800_2144825_free.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhL19-ASSIQ-61_u16LISMzWuW4hac74EUQk1GaLWESJj7wbzTNkCI5XrfQjxstXJVP-1OjINvzI37JipMFFdw6-kLBCmwqLmAYNkQQaAvCpOtZO0pu_xeiYt7lmpe94Bqd2PtPUB3lbPg/s1600/slide_282800_2144825_free.jpg" height="320" width="212" /></a></div>
<br />
Helen Hunt in H&M. This dress needs steamed badly. There is a reason why stars go out of their way to get the best of best and not look like this. I respect that she wanted to do something different and was eco friendly, but come on, you are a OSCAR NOMINEE. This is the one show you do not want to look your worst at.<br />
<br />
My #2 Worst Dressed<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFCxVSfNic6QUSX6MjIFasI9j6gSHoULbuz4Q8Chr_XTgcdpLPh2OZLbliqxTFGJtRZ9HHXnDQWqbSxJvrHZGXCK0N1hdUfxtyCmXcJ5EmTTrOhVY8HU_zan7BsmN7bZWEkXj3zuu6lWY/s1600/Anne_Hathaway_a_p.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFCxVSfNic6QUSX6MjIFasI9j6gSHoULbuz4Q8Chr_XTgcdpLPh2OZLbliqxTFGJtRZ9HHXnDQWqbSxJvrHZGXCK0N1hdUfxtyCmXcJ5EmTTrOhVY8HU_zan7BsmN7bZWEkXj3zuu6lWY/s1600/Anne_Hathaway_a_p.jpg" height="320" width="239" /></a></div>
<br />
Anne Hathaway in Prada. This dress choice underwhelmed badly based on her previous choices at award shows. She pretty much gave up at this point and said F it, I'll just wear this and that is how it looked. Congrats on your Oscar though. You deserved that.<br />
<br />
My #1 WORST DRESSED goes to<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8E1bgYDM7p3JyQGTXQ1A9H2pwcwx1iwIpl4KhAoIJADAyeoFn6pXQ934OLctAPdmGMHufNSS86WG0uZniQXCWD0KZpEwVelSnSjI9fiHre94gqyHR_-kir-OFK0kR7Ezrz_xC7cimckc/s1600/Kristen_Stewart_a_p.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8E1bgYDM7p3JyQGTXQ1A9H2pwcwx1iwIpl4KhAoIJADAyeoFn6pXQ934OLctAPdmGMHufNSS86WG0uZniQXCWD0KZpEwVelSnSjI9fiHre94gqyHR_-kir-OFK0kR7Ezrz_xC7cimckc/s1600/Kristen_Stewart_a_p.jpg" height="320" width="239" /></a></div>
Kristen Stewart in Reem Acra. She looks like she rolled out of bed and threw this dress on. A HOT MESS overall. Sorry K Stew, you need to get it together. She even makes me uncomfortable looking at her.<br />
<br />
Here are my Honorable Mentions for BEST DRESSED. I could not overlook these women because they really brought it as well.<br />

<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #333333; font-family: arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
Brown spots on the skin can be caused by many things — sun exposure, pregnancy, or just the vagaries of aging. But there are several tricks you can use to treat brown spots and make them fade. Here’s how to clear away the dark spots.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #333333; font-family: arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Stop further damage. </strong>Sun exposure will only deepen brown spots and make them harder to fade. Be sure that you avoid sun exposure during the peak hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you do need to be outside, apply a full-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15, and wear protective clothing and a wide-brimmed hat to shield your face and skin from ultraviolet rays.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #333333; font-family: arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Try home remedies. </strong>All-natural home treatments for brown spots may take longer to get the job done, but they can be just as effective as the tools and therapies doctors use. If your spots are sun-related, try a little lime juice mixed with yogurt, or a solution of apple cider vinegar diluted with water. Castor oil may help fade liver spots. Lemon juice can be dabbed onto the spots to help fade them over time, or you can just place a slice of lemon in the area for 15 minutes each day. The lactic acid in milk can help speed cell turnover, which can help fade spots quicker — buttermilk contains more lactic acid than regular milk, so dabbing it on your spots several times a day may be even more effective. You can also include dairy products in a facial mask and apply it often.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #333333; font-family: arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Get a little vitamin therapy. </strong>Antioxidants can help your brown spots disappear. You can apply vitamin E oil directly to the marks, and you can also take it internally. In addition, creams that contain vitamin A or retin-A can help in treating brown spots.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #333333; font-family: arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Eat healthier. </strong>Flavonoids, antioxidants found in citrus fruits, ginkgo, tea, wine, and dark chocolate, may help make your skin healthier from the inside out. Soy products and fava beans contain other antioxidants, isoflavones, that may also help improve the appearance of your skin.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #333333; font-family: arial; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: baseline;">
<strong style="background-color: transparent; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">See a doctor. </strong>If home remedies don’t do the job, a dermatologist can examine your brown spots to ensure that they aren’t anything serious, like skin cancer. Your doctor may recommend more intensive therapies, like laser treatments, microdermabrasion, or even cryotherapy, which involves applying liquid nitrogen to the spots to remove them. These more intensive solutions may be more painful and expensive, but they will also clear up your brown spots much faster than the natural home remedies.</div>

Beautiful Skin Is Easy To Obtain</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_3693599" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
You don't have to spend a lot of money to get beautiful skin, especially body skin. It can be dull and lifeless, but if you follow these steps, within a week you will notice that beautiful skin is replacing what was there before. The trick is to maintain it.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
I don't like being cold, so in the Winter my beautiful skin inevitably suffers and becomes dry and dull. I don't put much time or effort, in fact I don't really put any into looking after my body skin in the Winter, so when Spring starts to roll around and Summer is looming, my skin is in dire need of some TLC.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
It's so easy to transform your body skin though, with these steps, a whole Winter of neglect can be rectified in a matter of days. The more you use the steps, the better your skin will look. We're not talking about how to get nice skin, we're talking how to get beautiful, stunning skin that you'll want to show off!</div>

<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px;">
Step 1 - Body Brushing</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_3693606" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Even if you skip steps 2 and 3, body brushing will give noticable results in a matter of days. If you want to know how to get beautiful body skin, this is the step not to miss.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Body brushing not only gets rid of dead skin cells, but it also has health benefits. It improves circulation and can boost the immune system. The skin is an organ of elimination, just like the liver and kidneys, and body brushing can boost the rate of which toxins are released from the body. But enough about your insides, this is about getting beautiful skin, it's an added bonus that you're doing something good to other parts of your body as well!</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
A soft bristled body brush should be used in long sweeping motions across the skin, towards the heart. If your skin is a bit neglected, you will notice a fine white powder coming from the skin as you brush. This is the dead skin cells that have been making the skin look dull.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Do not be tempted to use a body brush on your face, it's way too harsh. Use everywhere else, but be very gentle with the skin around the chest. If you're vigorous with your brushing, it can be a pretty good calorie burner too! Brush until the skin is smooth, but stop before the skin gets sore. Ideally you would body brush everyday for beautiful body skin.</div>

<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px;">
Step 2 - Exfoliation</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_3693602" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Exfoliation is a must to remove the layers of dead skin cells that have built up on the skin. It needs to be done in the shower or standing in the bath, and the skin needs to be very wet before application.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
The exfoliator should be applied as you go, not to the entire body, so start with with an arm or leg and gently massage in circular motions, always in the direction of the heart. This stimulates circulation and gives an overall feeling of energy and wellbeing.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
As the exfoliator massages away the dead skin cells, keep adding water and more exfoliant until the area is smoother, but don't make the area sore. Be extra gentle around the chest area, as skin can be thinner there. Special attention may be needed on feet, elbows and knees as these areas can be drier. I would exfoliate every other day to begin with, then just do it a couple of times a week once the skin is smooth.</div>
</div>

<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px;">
Step 3 - Moisturise In The Shower Or Bath</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_3693604" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
I know that sounds silly, but it isn't. Some shower gels and bath foams strip away moisture from the skin and though leaving you feeling clean, can also leave the skin tight and dry. Avoid gels and go for creams instead.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
This is the one area I would recommend spending more on, especially for the bath. There are loads of bath creams on the market, but if you look at the ingredients, the percentage of 'cream' is minimal in most. If you're going to soak your body in something, look at the ingredients first.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
I love L'Occitane products for the shower and bath as they do exactly what is expected of them. However, my greatest bathing discovery was Elemis Bath Milk. I can't tell you how amazing this stuff is. There's definitely a Cleopatra moment waiting to happen with this product! You can use it as a moisturiser too, direct to the skin without any water. It is pricey, but you do get what you pay for. It leaves the skin so soft and moist, but mostly it's about lying in a bath that looks full of milk. There's something so sumptuous about it! If you want to splash out on something special to pamper yourself, then this is the product, but you most likely wouldn't bath in it everday. That's where L'Occitane comes in for me.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_3694480" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px;">
Step 4 - Moisturise, Moisturise, Moisturise!</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_3694480" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
The final step for beautiful skin has got to be conventional moisturising. The thing that some people don't realise about moisturising the skin, is that, if you don't body brush or exfoliate, then you are just applying a layer of product to dead skin cells, it won't penetrate the lower layers of skin that need it most. In order to get the most from a moisturiser, you need to strip away the dead layers first, only then will a moisturiser do it's job properly</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
If you're following the above steps, then I really wouldn't bother with an expensive moisturiser. The steps above will have prepared the skin accordingly to receive the hydration it is about to be applied. Coco or Shea Butter is great, but any decent brand of moisturiser can be used.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Beautiful skin in 4 steps - it's not really that hard to get stunning skin, even if it currently resembles an elephants behind!</div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">- Wearing eyeshadows in purple and green does NOT look good. Wear makeup within your natural tones or a few shades off. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">- The best trend is no trend! Who cares what's in the magazines and on TV? If you like what you wear and you wear it with a smile, you will set the trend! People will think you look great and go to you for fashion trends. Be spontaneous and always try something new. Good luck! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-When your wearing a tight shirt, wear loose pants, and when wearing loose pants, wear a tight shirt. Loose with loose makes you look sloppy, and tight on tight makes you look kinda trashy. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-I think when you wear jeans, you should wear a cool shirt that makes ordinary jeans look good. You can also play up jeans with a good looking pair of shoes. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">- Make sure that each time you buy a new bra, you see a fit specialist at a lingerie store or the lingerie department at a major department store. Wearing the right fitting bra makes you look great and feel much more comfortable. </span><span style="text-decoration: inherit;">- If you have blue eyes wear blue often to accentuate your eyes.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-Always put on nail-polish; it looks great. But you must keep in mind that the nail polish should match the colour of the clothes that you are wearing so that you don't look weird. </span><span style="text-decoration: inherit;">- Something totally cool right now, especially for teens, is hair dye. Bright un-natural colors like pink or blue look great. This style is especially good for people with short hair.Make sure you try it temporary first to make sure it will look good! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-Hey guys, you can make a great body spray by mixing your favorite perfume with some water and some sparkly mini glitter jewels! Go ahead and try it. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-For a nice casual look this fall in the pre-teen to teen section, just try some loose flare jeans with a tight fitted top. They look great together and compliment curves. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;">-Embellish and accessorize the outerwear and sweaters that you already own for creativity and replacement savings. A faux fur collar and cuffs attached to last year's wool coat makes a new look and is economical too. Bead a sweater neckline, or add some decorative trims (gold coins, feathers, one-of-a kind buttons, leather strips etc.) around the bottom of your pant legs or copy tuxedo style striping up the side seams using metallic trims, or even the beading that matches your sweater, to add sparkle and fresh style.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;"> </span><span style="text-decoration: inherit;">-All the best dressed know that when wearing animal prints less is more! Please do not dress in animal prints from head to toe!!!The best dressed and stylish are wearing only one print and adding a dramatic flair by doing so. My favorite is wearing animal print accessories such as a wonderful animal print scarf, or even some fab shoes! Just remember less is more and you will never go wrong. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">- If you are small chested you can still wear tops that are bare on top,they'll accentuate your neck and shoulders. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-If you're wearing tight pants, wear thong underwear or a G-string. If you're wearing tight white (or light colored) pants, ONLY wear nude underwear. NO OTHER COLORS! White underwear will glow under artificial lights, and dark underwear will be visible from a block away! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;">-Ever try to stay "in" with fashion and find that by the time you find the designer look-a-like is already on its way out? Stick to basics! You can't go wrong, they never are on their way out and you can wear them with anything. Sure you can buy a Crocodile skirt here or a bare back tank there but don't go over board on trends because by the time you wake up the next morning that outfit you just bought the day before will be faux pas! --</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-Always keep looking in the magazines,the trends, and then go to your designer to make it real. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-Go with what you feel comfortable in. Just don't go with what everyone else has on. Go with what you like. </span><span style="text-decoration: inherit;">-If you wear a black skirt or dress and black shoes, wear black stockings. It is lengthening, slimming and sexy. -- Wate</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-The look for this season is basically structured with straight-slim silhouettes. Lilac, burgundy, tomato red, bright colors form the basic colours in vogue. Transparency still dominates the trend. Tubes, sequins, beads, ornate the embroidery length of Indian Kutra's further diminishing with shorter ones in vogue. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;">-I like classic, smooth, understated. For this, one color or monochromatic garb works best. But you have to know which color flatters your skin & hair. Medium to dark hues are more slimming in general. Nice, drapey materials look and feel good. Slim cuts are tres cool because you don't have so many lines broken up- for instance, a jacket over pants in a blue that flatters you. Check the shoulders so it hangs well, stops at hips or below, and make sure the pants are long enough. Poof- a classic.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;">- Golden rule of fashion (unless you are Audrey Hepburn in Funnyface) If you're wearing black pants wear black socks -ALWAYS! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-Tie dye or embroider something right now. Take the stuff you do not wear and see what else you can do with it- for instance, make flood pants out of ones that have a nowhere length. Make a skirt out of jeans. Put silk ribbon embroidery on a sweater or blouse. Get fabric paint and write poetry all over a t-shirt or scarf. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">- When you buy an everyday item, try to think of at least three things you already own that you can wear with that item. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;">- If you are wearing a white shirt, please wear a bra close to your skin color. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">- Always wear your size. Clothes that are too small really do not look good. - </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;">-If you are going to wear tight pants or shorts then wear a thong that way you can not see you panty line or just don't wear any. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;">-Flares are so popular right now, wear them with a black t-shirt and don't wear very tight stuff if you're not thin. Tight pants are also in style and curling your hair is so popular, celebrities are using it. Give your self a new look, be creative. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="text-decoration: inherit;">- DO wear bras your size! For some unfortunate reason, a lot of women wear bras with cups far too small, giving them the infamous quadruple boob syndrome. IT LOOKS AWFUL! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;"><big style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; line-height: 1; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;"><big style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; line-height: 1; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Don'ts</big></big></span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
-For the plus size women don't wear tapered leg jeans in very light colors -- go for bootleg or flare styles they are guaranteed to slim you down at least 10 pounds. If you don't like jeans try boot or flare leg stretch pants, also. Very slimming. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
- In the "No You Didn't" catagory, please ladies do not wear clothes that don't fit..what is that wear one size smaller than you are thing? It is not stylish or classy to look trashy and flabby! No you didn't! </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
-Never wear pantyhose that are lighter than your natural skin color. They make your legs look fatter, and the color is just plain bad. Stick to sheer shades that match your skin, or funky patterns and bright colors. But NO WHITE!<br />
<span style="background-color: white; text-decoration: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="background-color: white; text-decoration: inherit;">- Never, ever, wear pantyhose with open toe sandals, huge faux pas. - </span><span style="background-color: white; text-decoration: inherit;">- Never wear black pantyhose with white shoes. </span><br />
<em style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;"><br /></em>
<em style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">-</em><span style="background-color: white; text-decoration: inherit;"> No knee-high hose with skirts </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
- Don't wear tennis shoes with a dress and pantyhose to and from work. If you absolutely can't survive in heels, then carry your shoes and walk in stocking feet. That looks better then tennis shoes. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
- Although shirts with no backs or strings across the back are n vogue right now, one should not wear them unless you are very thin and have a toned back. Far too many girls who are perfectly normal wear these shirts and it makes them look lumpy and overweight. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
-If you must wear a thick coat of foundation on your face, PICK ONE CLOSE TO YOUR SKIN TONE AND BLEND IT IN!!! It looks awful when your neck and chin are two different colors.</div>

<div id="intro" style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
Dry, cracked feet are never sexy. While this tends to be a summer hazard, it can happen all year-round. If you can't afford a pedicure, get rid of dry heel syndrome with this 5-step process I cobbled together and use myself from time-to-time.<div style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">
You can skip parts of this process if you choose. If you continue to wear the foot mask every night for a week, your problems should be solved.</div>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<b>Difficulty: </b>Easy</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
<b>Time Required: </b>15 minutes</div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
Here's How:</h3>
<ol style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit; z-index: 0;">
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: decimal; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 30px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Soak feet for 5-10 minutes in a warm foot bath made with 1 cup milk and 5 cups warm water.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: decimal; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 30px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Create a homemade foot scrub by putting 4 tablespoons salt or sugar in 1/2 cup oil. Baby oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil or even vegetable oil works well.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: decimal; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 30px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Massage the homemade foot scrub in a circular motion into bottoms of feet.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: decimal; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 30px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Scrub bottoms of feet with the pumice stone. Rinse and dry feet.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: decimal; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 30px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Before you go to bed that night, try this tip from beauty guru Paula Begoun: rub a Stridex pad over dry areas of feet. Stridex, a product found in the acne section of any drugstore, contains 2 percent salicylic acid so it's a great exfoliant for the feet.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: decimal; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 30px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Apply moisturizer thickly on feet (do not wash off Stridex). A super-rich moisturizer like cocoa butter, Eucerin (my favorite) or even Vaseline works best.<div style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; margin-bottom: 1.5em; margin-top: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">
For even better results, apply a thin layer of Keratyl Gel, an OTC salicylic acid, on your feet along with a dollop of Vaseline.</div>
</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: decimal; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 30px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Pull on socks and keep them on throughout the night for at least 4 hours.</li>
</ol>
<h3 style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit;">
What You Need</h3>
<ul style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px; margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; text-align: left; text-decoration: inherit; z-index: 0;">
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 18px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">1 cup milk</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 18px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Sugar or salt (either will work)</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 18px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Baby oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 18px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Pumice stone</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 18px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Stridex, found in the acne section of any drugstore</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em 18px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: inherit;">Thick moisturizer or a salicylic acid cream</li>

In a study done by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, women who had a diet high in vitamin C foods had noticeably less dryness and fewer wrinkles.</div>

<br />
<div class="p1">
<b>1. Sleep On Your Back</b></div>
<div class="p2">
Sleeping in certain positions night after night leads to "sleep lines" -- wrinkles that become etched into the top layers of skin and don't fade once you're up. Sleeping on your side leads to wrinkles on cheeks and chin, while sleeping face down gives you a furrowed brow. To cut down on new wrinkles, sleep on your back.</div>

<b>2. Eat More Fish Like Salmon</b></div>
<div class="p2">
Salmon (along with other cold-water fish) is a great source of protein, one of the building blocks of great skin. It’s also an awesome source of omega-3 fatty acids. Experts say that essential fatty acids nourish skin and keep it plump and youthful, helping minimize wrinkles.</div>

<b>3. Don't Squint, Get Reading Glasses.</b></div>

Making the same expressions over and over -- like squinting -- overworks facial muscles, forming a groove beneath the skin's surface. Eventually the groove becomes a wrinkle. Keep those eyes wide: Wear reading glasses if you need them. And get savvy about sunglasses, which can protect skin around the eyes from sun damage and keep you from squinting.</div>

<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
Everyone has made skin care mistakes, and you may not always know you're doing it. Some of the most common skin care routines actually include mistakes, too. Learn how to avoid others' failures, and you'll stop making those common mistakes that lead to acne breakouts.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
<strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Skin Care Myths</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
Misinformation can be blamed for a lot of skin care mistakes. The secret to healthy skin is knowing how to treat it. Treat your skin well by separating fact from fiction, and learn how to spot skin care myths.</div>
<ul style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
<li class="first" style="border: none; list-style: disc inside; margin: 0px 0px 4px 35px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 5px;"><strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Oil-Free Products:</strong> You may avoid acne products containing oil, because it's a common myth that the best acne treatments should dry out the skin. This isn't true. If skin is too dry, it will produce more oil to moisturize itself. Products that dry skin too much will cause irritation that leads to oil stimulation and breakouts.</li>
<li style="border: none; list-style: disc inside; margin: 0px 0px 4px 35px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 5px;"><strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Cleaner is Better:</strong> You definitely want to have clean skin to get healthy skin, but it can be overdone. A harsh cleaning routine will irritate and dry out your skin, leading to redness and breakouts. Do not over-use products, or use them more often than recommended. Over-cleaning skin can cause damage.</li>
<li class="last" style="border: none; list-style: disc inside; margin: 0px 0px 4px 35px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 5px;"><strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">You Need Lots of Products:</strong> Are you using a strong cleanser, a toner, an exfoliation cream, eye cream, face moisturizer, make-up remover and lots of other products? By mixing and matching a whole bunch of products, you may be doing more harm than good. All those ingredients might cancel each other out, leaving you with no benefits whatsoever. All you need is a good cleanser, a good moisturizer and an exfoliation regimen. You don't need a lot of different products to get results.</li>
</ul>
<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
<strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Skin Care Mistakes</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
Small mistakes with your skin can lead to big breakouts. Don't make the common skincare mistakes that lead to acne, blackheads, uneven skin tone and irritation.</div>
<ul style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
<li class="first" style="border: none; list-style: disc inside; margin: 0px 0px 4px 35px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 5px;"><strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Moisture:</strong> You need to use a moisturizer on your skin regularly to keep it healthy, but are also moisturizing from within? It's a common skin care mistake to avoid hydrating the body. Drink at least eight glasses of water every day, and drink more water if you eat fried foods that dry out the body.</li>
<li style="border: none; list-style: disc inside; margin: 0px 0px 4px 35px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 5px;"><strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Failure to clean:</strong> Don't go to sleep with make up on your skin! Always wash and moisturize your face before going to bed. This is when skin repairs itself, so it's a crucial time for your face. Get plenty of sleep with clean skin to get a healthier, more beautiful look.</li>
<li class="last" style="border: none; list-style: disc inside; margin: 0px 0px 4px 35px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 5px;"><strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Old makeup:</strong> Don't hang on to makeup and makeup sponges for months and months. Over time, products may begin to separate and brushes and sponges will begin to accumulate bacteria that leads to breakouts. Throw out your make up, including brushes and sponges, after three to six months of use.</li>
</ul>
<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
<strong style="border: none; list-style: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Beautiful Skin</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
You may be causing acne and skin problems by trying to take care of your skin. Learn how to treat your skin the right way, and avoid common mistakes, to keep it looking clear and beautiful.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: none; font-family: Georgia, Century, Times, serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20px; list-style: none; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">

<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
One thing to avoid is soap-based cleansers since they can dry out skin and make fine lines more apparent.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
A lot of people tend to skip the toner part of their daily regimen and it’s so important not to. Toner rebalances the pH in our skin and rehydrates it. It’s a step we cannot do without.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
A clean face gets the skin ready for optimal product penetration.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
<strong>MOISTURIZERS AND SERUMS</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
Like cleansers, moisturizers and serums address different skin care needs as well.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
While moisturizers and serums add moisture to promote more supple skin, good products will also boost collagen and elastin, offer anti-oxidant and vitamin properties, even out skin tone and help reverse premature skin damage.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
The product line that I utilize in my business is Image Skincare which gives you medically graded effectiveness, with rich botanicals, peptides, stem cells and the best part about these products are not only their effectiveness, but are completely Paraben Free.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
<strong>SUNSCREEN</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
The sun is the number one culprit for premature aging skin. It’s critical to apply sunscreen every day, and when outdoors, use an SPF shield of at least 30 and reapply it throughout the day.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
A great product tip is incorporating a SPF tinted moisturizer for a solar defense.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
If we don’t use sunscreen every day our skin will start to show signs of age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, loss of elasticity and slack skin, rough skin patches and uneven skin tone. All this can be avoided with sunscreen. And many skin care systems include a sunscreen.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
<strong>SKIN CARE DEVICES</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
Skin care technology is another great addition for the New Year.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
Skincare devices have come a long way and is making it possible for everyone to have healthier, younger and more beautiful skin. Adding FDA cleared technology will really boost your skin care goals.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
A handful of great skin care devices include:</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
Clarisonic Mia – a sonic skin cleansing system</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
NuFACE Trinity - micro-current technology which promotes tighter skin and overall skin rejuvenation</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
LightStim - LED light therapy which boosts collagen and elastin for younger skin</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
<strong>FINDING THE RIGHT ROUTINE</strong></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">
Once you find the right skin care regimen stick with it. Because in the New Year those gorgeous skin care goals will be revealed.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px; margin-bottom: 1em;">

#3 Top Pick goes to Kate Hudson in Alexander McQueen. There are not a lot of people that can pull off this look and she did it effortlessly. She wore this dress. This dress did not wear her.<div>

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
#2 Top Pick goes to Emily Blunt in Michael Kors. This girl rocked this dress and looked just as good as the Golden Globe Trophy itself. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div>
My #1 Top Pick goes to Anne Hathaway in Chanel. From top to bottom, she did it perfectly and really reminded me of one of the most effortless beauties of all time Audrey Hepburn. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
NOW FOR MY WORST PICKS!!!!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgBxilKvkot35Qy89pSBRVKORYfwOG7XN4c-aoef11EP5Roq-joo2JgEzsmSaAQYchiIKobm4L8xZJF2jgkXqnOBPGB7Tw0cyUsiB6bGhcSsnqotEF1J9EixeqfHC28l94-A4_2dKGmsvo/s1600/slide_274446_1977200_free.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgBxilKvkot35Qy89pSBRVKORYfwOG7XN4c-aoef11EP5Roq-joo2JgEzsmSaAQYchiIKobm4L8xZJF2jgkXqnOBPGB7Tw0cyUsiB6bGhcSsnqotEF1J9EixeqfHC28l94-A4_2dKGmsvo/s1600/slide_274446_1977200_free.jpg" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<div>
#3 Worst Dressed is Jessica Chastain. This color is absolutely beautiful, but the fit is all wrong for her body type. The most annoying thing about this dress is it makes her bosoms look bigger than what they are because of the draping. It makes them look really droopy.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEig2MpOP8MmuVHkLIVpeZt-BqkitoVKgwyTl_At_8ilG_ExJj9xH2g3G_kicXfagn4zBjDD3Z8v4xcKIJVBlJbT3TE-iGTLmB6YroMU8SnplXvtuivdgWoBfzhLySsZ9F9AryxtpMzTYXE/s1600/slide_274446_1977129_free.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEig2MpOP8MmuVHkLIVpeZt-BqkitoVKgwyTl_At_8ilG_ExJj9xH2g3G_kicXfagn4zBjDD3Z8v4xcKIJVBlJbT3TE-iGTLmB6YroMU8SnplXvtuivdgWoBfzhLySsZ9F9AryxtpMzTYXE/s1600/slide_274446_1977129_free.jpg" height="320" width="201" /></a></div>
<div>
#2 Worst Pick is Rachel Weisz in Louis Vuitton. I have no words other than, this does nothing for her and it is just UGLY!!!!!!!! Louis stick to your bags and accessories, PLEASE!!!!!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div>
#1 WORST PICK goes to Alyssa Milano. I was speechless when I saw this. She is so beautiful and has an amazing figure and she wears her drapes. Is she pregnant? I don't know, but you would think she was based on this choice. It does not fit her well at the top. She definitely needed tailoring.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Here is my HONORABLE WORST Dressed mention:</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJA2q4jsyypv5C3kFDPWgZJt-TFMl8AEP0dndvdCXm7VqHetPQDhImlWizFcM9FRVplulWX83E2JSXPQgYSCxnN2bO5ILoQTY1ixgFtHiTC6ATq5A8v737aTxC91fXrzXi3urozYP5I5c/s1600/Golden-Globes-001.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJA2q4jsyypv5C3kFDPWgZJt-TFMl8AEP0dndvdCXm7VqHetPQDhImlWizFcM9FRVplulWX83E2JSXPQgYSCxnN2bO5ILoQTY1ixgFtHiTC6ATq5A8v737aTxC91fXrzXi3urozYP5I5c/s1600/Golden-Globes-001.jpg" height="320" width="212" /></a></div>
<div>
Kerri Washington in Miu Miu. She is an honorable worst for me because although the dress is pretty, this is not a dress suited for someone that CLEARLY NEEDS TO EAT!!!!!!! Girl, please put some meat on your bones. JLo would have rocked this dress with the body she has. It's ok Kerry, curves are in.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
HONORABLE BEST for me is:</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtutAqbLuEYdbdaJwkJxyCDEcqvy36HdLfm1I-gixP7_osD3Rru5SaBuJQqRz4BKkOBoYeAWtIZ7VK9F_ufjK2mZkvWQVTriliyoyyDRSxm3IaWx1_pWES-uc2nvAJC4SgLgBpX5oeX4E/s1600/159420165.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtutAqbLuEYdbdaJwkJxyCDEcqvy36HdLfm1I-gixP7_osD3Rru5SaBuJQqRz4BKkOBoYeAWtIZ7VK9F_ufjK2mZkvWQVTriliyoyyDRSxm3IaWx1_pWES-uc2nvAJC4SgLgBpX5oeX4E/s1600/159420165.jpg" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>

<div>
Halle Berry in Atelier Versace and Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad. Ladies, these hot women are over 40 and still look better than most of these women who are in the 20s and 30s. Good skincare habits including not tanning, great exercise regimen and eating well will make you look like this. AMEN to my girls and so happy to be approaching this 40 club and looking this good.</div>

<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
From flight attendants to travel-show stars, here are 18 tips for looking your best when you're on the go.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin: 10px 0px 20px; text-align: left;">
1. Moisturize</h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
Apply intense moisturizer the night before you are going to fly. This will help increase hydration in your skin before you're exposed to the dehydrating effects.</div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin: 10px 0px 20px; text-align: left;">
2. Forgo the Foundation</h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
Skip foundation on the day of your trip, and instead wear only moisturizer. Before you land, add a tinted moisturizer for a fresh, healthy look. If you just can't leave the house without some foundation, apply a silicone-based liquid or cream that puts a layer of protection between skin and makeup. It will help foundation and blush last longer and help keep your skin from becoming dehydrated.</div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin: 10px 0px 20px; text-align: left;">
3. Mist With Mineral Water</h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
To refresh makeup while traveling, never glob on more foundation or blush. Instead, use a mister of mineral water and add a dab of moisturizer.</div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin: 10px 0px 20px; text-align: left;">
4. Blot Out Oily Skin</h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
To keep oily skin from getting out of control while traveling, bring blotting papers or rice papers and dab the "T" zone as often as necessary. You'll dab up the shine and excess oil without stripping out the moisture, so you'll arrive looking fresher.</div>
<h3 style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin: 10px 0px 20px; text-align: left;">
5. Add Some Shimmer</h3>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
Does traveling leave you feeling a bit green in the gills? Perk up a tired or sallow complexion with a soft shimmer powder or cream. Stroke it lightly on the tops of cheeks, bridge of the nose, and lips for an instant pick-me-up no matter how tired (or queasy) you feel. Or use a combination of cream blush and lip balm to add color and moisture without dehydrating skin.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="article_rdr" style="line-height: 14px; margin-top: 15px; padding: 0px 5px;">
<div class="copyNormal" id="textArea" style="line-height: 16px;">
<h3 style="clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-size: 13px; margin: 10px 0px 20px;">
6. Skip Long-Lasting Lipsticks</h3>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px;">
To give lips color that will last through your trip, skip the long-lasting lipsticks -- they'll only dehydrate and parch your mouth. Instead, color your lips with several coats of a lip stain, let dry, then top with a clear gloss. Reapply the gloss throughout the trip and your lips will look "just-made-up" fresh.</div>
<h3 style="clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-size: 13px; margin: 10px 0px 20px;">
7. Apply Lip Treatment Liberally</h3>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 3px; padding: 0px;">
You can further protect your kisser by packing a lip treatment in your carry-on bag and using it liberally while traveling because it won't rub your lipstick off and it keeps lips hydrated while flying. It also works on bus and train rides when high heat or air conditioning can also cause lips to feel dehydrated.</div>
<h3 style="clear: left; color: #0fa5b2; font-size: 13px; margin: 10px 0px 20px;">
8. Chill Out Puffy Eyes</h3>
